Situated in the heart of the historic district of Hradcany, this beautiful hotel was originally constructed in 1620 and prides itself on the 27 rooms that offer a full view of the city nestled at the bottom of the hill.
Greeted with a personalized letter detailing specific information for our stay and additional offerings that they thought could make our stay better; our arrival in our room following welcome drinks and a full tour was warm and welcoming from the very beginning.
Their basic room was equipped with the standard hotel amenities, plush warm bedding that was perfect for curling up on cool, winter nights, and a large bathroom with ornate details and thoughtful amenities like towel warmers.
Based on the outstanding customer service that we were met with, we had high expectations for the rest of our stay and they did not disappoint. The front desk staff booked us a two-day tour of the city at a discounted rate that included a river cruise, recommended their favorite local restaurants, and even emailed to follow up with us after our stay.
