Carlsbad Flower Fields

With schools letting out across the country and the sun shining more days than not, there has never been a better time to get outside and smell the flowers, literally. The Carlsbad Flower Fields are 50 acres of breathtaking flowers and fresh, crisp air that leaves you feeling transported.

Located in Carlsbad, California (northern San Diego county), the Carlsbad Flower Fields provide the perfect backdrop for photos or events, as well as a spectacular location for an afternoon stroll.

With the main attraction being the 50 acres of Giant Tecolote Ranunculuses, anyone can feel at ease and have an enjoyable experience walking among the warm colors while taking advantage of the, usually perfect, southern California weather.

Only open for a few months each year (March to May), it is best to stay updated by following their site or facebook page for opening and closing dates for each annual season.

Admission for the day is $12 for adults and $6 for children with their tractor rides being an additional charge.
